This sources sought is issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with RFO Part 10 . The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement . Primary Objective : The Contractor shall provide all supplies , materials , tools , equipment , and qualified labor necessary for replacing all boiler venting ( exhaust & inlet ) at Bldg . 205 . The existing boiler venting is deteriorating due to ongoing condensate leaks creating a risk of failure that could release hazardous flue gases into the facility . Replacing boiler venting will ensure proper system operation and the continued safety of the facility and its occupants .
