The City of Osage Beach ( City ) is requesting proposals from qualified firms or individuals ( Bidder ) for Budgeting Software . The purpose of this Request for Proposal ( RFP ) is the procurement of budgeting software to improve efficiency of City of Osage Beach ’ s current budgeting process to serve citizens and staff . Software should include the ability to produce budget documents , multi - year budget projections , various graphics , and modeling consistent with the terms and conditions herein set forth . Final scope of services will be negotiated with the successful bidder . The resulting contract will have an initial term of three ( 3 ) years , with optional one - year ( 1 ) extensions at the City ’ s discretion . The software solution is expected to import and export necessary financial and budget information to and from Tyler ERP Pro 9 and have the ability to create a budget publication that can be formatted to meet the requirements of the Governmental Finance Officers Association Distinguished Budget Award guidelines . The publication of budget will also be used to communicate the City ’ s budget in an easy - to - understand format and content using graphics , charts , and tables . The software should also include a planning and forecasting module to develop multi - year budget projections . The software must be user - friendly , allowing easily retrievable and manageable information for budget analysis , decision - making , reporting , and document archiving . There is no expressed or implied obligation of the City to reimburse applicants for any expenses incurred in preparing proposals in response to this request .
