Project Title : Building 1047 Boiler Replacement 2026Project Number : MHMV262100Classification Code : N041 - Installation of Equipment - Refrigeration , Air Conditioning , And Air Circulating EquipmentNAICS Code : 238220 - Plumbing , Heating , and Air - Conditioning ContractorsSize Standard : $ 19 . 0M1 ) DescriptionThe New Mexico Air National Guard ( NMANG ) is seeking capable and responsible sources to perform a boiler replacement project in Building 1047 at Kirtland Air Force Base , New Mexico . The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and identify businesses with the capability to execute the work described in the attached Statement of Work ( SOW ). The project requires the contractor to furnish all labor , materials , and equipment to demolish and replace two existing boilers . The government ' s estimated completion time for this project is180 calendar days . The estimated magnitude of this project is between $ 250 , 000 . 00 - $ 350 , 000 . 00In the event adequate Small Business firms are not available for adequate competition for this project , it may be advertised as unrestricted . 2 ) Scope of Work .
