Description | Work will consist of furnishing notifications , Lead & Asbestos testing / reports , permits , fees , labor , materials , disposal needs , equipment , warranties , and third - party monitoring agency to remove all Lead and Asbestos Containing Materials ( ACM ) and complete the demolition of Building 59 and disposing of and all associated site utilities . Work will include raze and dispose of all building components . Demo and dispose of all site flat work ( sidewalks , driveways , mechanical pads , etc .). Utilities shall be terminated and capped at 10 feet from the building perimeter . Grounds surrounding the facility shall be graded and leveled with appropriate vegetation planted meeting adjacent grounds . All work shall comply with this scope of work and the attached specification . |
