Description | The selected Consultant will provide the City of Big Rapids with a range of services consistent with established state and local regulations . All services shall be performed in accordance with the scope of work set forth in a professional services agreement . The agreement , if awarded , will include a full scope of work and an approved fee schedule agreed upon by the City and the successful Consultant . The selected Consultant will provide the services outlined in the scope of work and the responsibilities shall include , but shall not be limited to the following : 1 . Plan review of all permits 2 . Inspections for all permits 3 . Office Hours at City Hall 4 . Applications and forms 5 . Enforcement issues arising from building code issues . |
