BUILT IN FURNITURE AND STORAGE SYSTEMS

The selected Vendor shall provide all labor , materials , equipment , delivery , installation , and coordination necessary to provide complete built - in furniture and storage systems as described herein , including but not limited to :  Built - in duty / personal lockers for sworn and non - sworn personnel , including benches , end panels , name / number plates , and integrated ventilation as indicated .  Built - in weapons storage , including long - gun and handgun lockers , gun safes , and secured weapons cabinets in designated rooms and / or locker areas .  Pass - through and / or non - pass - through evidence lockers serving the evidence room and adjacent areas , sized and configured per the design documents .  Built - in narcotics storage and secure high - security compartments , where indicated .  Built - in storage cabinets , shelving , and work counters in report writing , briefing , equipment , and support rooms .  Any associated high - density / mobile evidence shelving and fixed shelving where integrated with built - in evidence lockers , as indicated in the design package . The Vendor shall :  Provide all trim , fillers , closure panels , blocking , supports , fasteners , and accessories required for a complete and finished installation .  Coordinate with the City , Architect , and General Contractor regarding field dimensions , wall blocking , backing , electrical / data provisions , and installation sequencing .  Protect existing work and restore any damaged surfaces to original condition at no additional cost to the City .
