Description | The City of Burlington Department of Parks , Recreation and Waterfront (“ City ”) is seeking bids for the Burlington Harbor Dredging project . The Project is located at two locations : the Community Boathouse basin at the base of College Street and at Perkins Pier Marina , at the base of Maple Street in the City of Burlington , Vermont . This project involves dredging material from the College Street Basin and Perkins Pier basin , dewatering of sediment in the Maple Street parking lot adjacent to Perkins Pier , and off - site re - use and / or disposal of sediment . Sediment in the Project area will be managed as non - hazardous waste contaminated soil , once it has been dewatered . Specific management requirements for contaminated soil are included in a site - specific Soil Management Plan . |
