WORK SUMMARY : The Town of Gilbert is soliciting proposals for Bus Shelter Cleaning Services for the Town of Gilbert Streets Division . This is in effort to reach the Towns goals of enhancing service for residents and improving operations and efficiency for the town of Gilbert . There are 132 bus shelters to be maintained throughout the Town of Gilbert . 1 . Need proper equipment . • Truck is equipped with light bar or Arrow board . • Pressure washer mounted on a truck or trailer . • Hand blower to blow the dirt off the bus shelter perimeter . 2 . All 132 bus shelters and trash receptacles will be maintenance once a week . • The contractor will provide trash liners . • All trash and debris around the bus shelter perimeter cleaned up and removed . • The contractor will be responsible for hauling away and disposing of all trash collected . • The contractor shall provide a maintenance schedule with a start time , location and day with an end time . Monthly Cost $ _____________ Yearly Cost $ ______________________ 3 . All 132 bus shelters will be pressure washed once a month . • Pressure wash the back screen of the bus shelter . • Pressure wash the bench / benches of the bus shelter . • Pressure wash the trash receptacles of the bus shelter . • Pressure wash the bus shelter concrete pad and sidewalk . • The contractor should provide a pressure washing schedule with a start time , location and day with an end time . Contractor shall report in 24hrs the following to the Town Maintenance Coordinator . • Graffiti . • Light outages . • Damage to the bench , trash receptacle or the bus shelter .
