BUS TRANSPORTATION FOR VARIOUS PROGRAMS / EVENTS AS NEEDED

1 . The Summer Camp Trips and Camp Shuttles will operate weekdays in the months of June , July and August . ( Reference list below ). There may be additional trips throughout the contract year that are not listed that will require busing . a . The Departure Time is the time the bus ( es ) will leave the camp . Buses must be on site 15 minutes prior to Departure Time . The Time of Return is the time the bus ( es ) will return to the camp . b . Departure and return will be from one or more of the following locations : Williams Park ( Matilda Ave .), Conerly Road School ( Conerly Road ), Franklin Park School ( Eden Street ), MacAfee Road School ( MacAfee Road ), Elizabeth Avenue School ( Elizabeth Ave .), Sampson G . Smith School ( Amwell Road ), Pine Grove Manor School ( Highland Ave .) or Franklin High School ( Elizabeth Ave .), Middlebush Park ( DeMott Lane ), the Franklin Township Community / Senior Center ( DeMott Lane ), The Franklin Township Youth / Teen Center ( Lewis Street ), . Other locations within Franklin Township as designated . c . Busses arriving late at camp locations will result in late departure time which will be cause for extended time at venue resulting in a late return . Resulting in non - billable late fees . 2 . The FYI program and recreation trips will be scheduled as needed . 3 . Buses shall be equipped with a minimum of 50 seat belted passenger seats . 4 . Vendor must be able to provide handicap accessible buses as needed and requested . 5 . All vehicles shall be equipped with heat 6 . The number of buses noted for each destination is the total anticipated for that specific trip . The number of buses may vary based on program registration .
