Please note : This is a Sole Source Notification . SCOPE OF WORK : 1 . The Vendor shall furnish all labor , materials , and equipment as required for the manufacture and complete delivery of REXA hybrid electric / hydraulic actuator assembly , Model # X3L30000 - 22 - D , P40 - A - C2 for main sewage pump ( MSP ) cone check valve at Wards Island WRRF . The actuator assembly shall be delivered to Wards Island Wastewater Resource Recovery Facility ( WRRF ), Bureau of Wastewater Treatment - Department of Environmental Protection (“ BWT - DEP ”) and be unloaded and placed within the plant at site designated by the Plant Superintendent or his authorized representative . The Contractor shall provide all qualified labor and mobile high loader , crane or other equipment necessary with NYC licensed operator , if necessary , for the satisfactory delivery , and unloading . City equipment and labor shall not be provided in the loading or unloading of the REXA hybrid electric / hydraulic actuator assembly . 2 . The Vendor shall take necessary measurements at the facility designated in the purchase order to determine proper sizes and details of the equipment , parts and / or materials being procured , to assess field conditions and existing equipment prior to submitting shop drawings . 3 . The vendor shall provide on - site installation technical assistance and oversee the complete installation with final mounting confirmation and verification of all technical parameters of the REXA hybrid electric / hydraulic actuator assembly . 4 . The vendor shall provide start - up & commissioning of the REXA hybrid electric / hydraulic actuator , as well as provide end - user training on the REXA equipment .
