The goal of this project is to procure a high - impact , holistic SAT preparation program that provides JCPS students — specifically those currently performing below college - readiness benchmarks — with a rigorous blend of content mastery , digital strategy , and social - emotional readiness . The initiative will utilize a low - ratio , mentor - led " boot camp " model to demystify the Digital SAT , reduce testing anxiety , and drive measurable score improvements through intensive , proctored practice and cognitive - based pedagogy . Ideal vendor partners will align to these qualifications : 1 . Large - Scale Implementation Experience : A minimum of five ( 5 ) years of experience delivering test preparation services for large , urban school districts ( student populations exceeding 50 , 000 ). 2 . Digital SAT Proven Track Record : Evidence of a curriculum specifically updated for the multistage adaptive Digital SAT ( 2024 + format ), including student performance data from the last 24 months . 3 . Human Capital & Scalability : Proof of capacity to mobilize and train enough " Success Coaches " or " SWAT " instructors to maintain a strict 1 : 10 ratio across multiple JCPS high school sites simultaneously . 4 . Equity - Centered Performance : Demonstrated success in improving scores for " gap group " populations , including Multilingual Learners , students with IEPs , and students from low - socioeconomic backgrounds . 5 . Data - Driven Instruction : The provider must demonstrate proficiency in utilizing baseline and post - assessment metrics to guide instruction . 6 . Full - Service Logistics Management : A dedicated project manager responsible for the procurement and distribution of all student materials , snacks , and " celebratory " incentives across all participating sites .
