Description | A . CHIP BODY 1 . The body shall be equipped with a chip box of at least eleven ( 11 ) feet in length . 2 . The chip box shall have a capacity of at least fifteen ( 15 ) cubic yards . 3 . The chip box shall have a hoist cylinder to allow the chip box to be dumped . 4 . The chip box hoist cylinder shall be equipped with a holding valve . 5 . The body shall have a ladder and storage compartment located on the curbside of the body . 6 . L - shaped toolbox shall be a minimum of 48 " W X 51 " H X 96 " D with adjustable shelves . 7 . Interior of chip body shall be lined with coal tar coating . 8 . Exterior of chip box shall be white in color . B . CAB AND CHASSIS 1 . The chassis shall be a Class 5 chassis or equivalent . 2 . The cab shall be a single cab and white in color . 3 . The fuel type shall be unleaded gasoline . 4 . The engine shall provide a minimum rated output of ≥ 400 HP and ≥ 450 lb - ft of torque . 5 . The truck shall be equipped with four - wheel drive ( 4x4 ). 6 . Truck shall be equipped with a tire size of 225 / 70R19 . 5G or equivalent . |
