This announcement constitutes the only solicitation ; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued . Solicitation W912P526QCAD is for the establishment of multiple Blanket Purchase agreement for CAD Vectorization services for the USACE Nashville District . The Contractor shall provide all personnel , equipment , tools , materials , software , supervision , and other items and services necessary to perform CAD services as defined in this Performance Work Statement ( PWS ) Nashville District US Army Corps of Engineers ( USACE ). Drawing types include civil , structural , mechanical , and electrical disciplines . The focus of the requirement is accurate , high production CAD work services and should not be confused with design services . The following solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote ( RFQ ), and the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023 - 04 . This solicitation is advertised as 100 % Woman Owned Small Business Set Aside under NAICS Code 541340 , Drafting Services with a Small Business Size Standard of $ 9 , 000 , 000 . 00 . All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management ( SAM ) at www . sam . gov to be eligible for award . Lack of active SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award . Please see A1 - A4 of the attachments below . The Government requests pricing for CAD Vectorization services in Attachment 1 – BPA Price Schedule , in accordance with Attachment 3 – USACE Nashville District CAD Vectorization Services PWS .
