Naval Surface Warfare Center ( NSWC ) Crane Division intends to establish 5 - year Blanket Purchase Agreements ( BPAs ) to procure calibration services for NSWC Crane only . It is anticipated that multiple BPAs will be awarded with a maximum overall ceiling of $ 2 , 000 , 000 each . The maximum BPA Call / Order limit will be $ 25 , 000 each . The anticipated BPAs will be awarded in accordance with FAR 12 . Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management ( SAM ). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 866 - 606 - 8220 or via the internet at https :// sam . gov . This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12 . This announcement constitutes the only solicitation . Solicitation Number N00164 - 26 - Q - 0049 is issued as a request for quote . PLEASE NOTE THAT AS MENTIONED ABOVE THE MAXIMUM BPA CALL LIMIT WILL BE $ 25 , 000 EACH , THEREFORE EACH CALL WILL NOT BE SYNOPSISED .
