The work shall include maintaining lift station operations to the greatest extents possible, clearing and grubbing the perimeter as required for construction access, Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) and Asphalt Concrete (AC) pavement demolition and disposal within the lift station perimeter walls, protecting existing utilities and lift station improvements not to be removed, remove and salvage antenna pole, excavations and installation of new concrete cast-in-drilled-hole pile foundations, forming and constructing new concrete pile cap, reinstall salvaged antenna pole on new concrete pedestal, construct closure pours between new and existing foundations, repair perimeter wall expansion joints, modifying lift station aboveground plumbing to recenter vertical discharge pipes in existing sleeves, construct new V-gutter, PCC flatwork, and AC paving including removal, salvage, and reinstallation of pipe supports, miscellaneous landscaping, planting, and irrigation maintenance and repairs.
