Description | Please note : This is a Sole Source Notification . The State of Michigan - DMVA requires seasonal Structural and Vehicle Fire , Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting , Confined Space , Water and Technical Rescue , Emergency Medical and HAZMAT / CBRN response services for Camp Grayling Army Airfield , M . A . T . E . S . and backup services for Camp Grayling Joint Maneuver Center areas covered under a separate Substation Fire Services contract , located in the geographical jurisdiction the Grayling City / Township Fire department . Services must be provided by a political subdivision of the state of Michigan , including , but not limited to , a county , township , city , village , or district . Services must be performed within the guidance set by the Department of Defense Fire and Emergency Services Program DoDI 6055 . 06 . The regulation requires the vendor meet minimum response times for aircraft rescue and firefighting ( ARFF ) of five ( 5 ) minutes for unannounced first arriving company and one ( 1 ) minute for announced first arriving company . |
