Description | The Project Description : Project includes the demolition of the existing north shower building in its entirety , as well as the demolition of an electrical shed and site electrical infrastructure . New work includes the construction of a new Camp Shower Building with six toilet / shower rooms and one toilet room . A mechanical room and walkable plumbing chase provides space for MEP equipment , maintenance and drain - down , by gravity for winterizing the building . A new septic system shall be provided , as well as new electrical service from the street and redistributing power to an existing well pump and campsites . |
