F . 2 . 09 Coordination with OU Facilities Management , Campus Safety , Enterprise Risk Management and OU Police Department F . 2 . 10 Coordination and payment of various vendors related to North Oval tailgating on the University ’ s behalf ( security / staffing support , entertainment and engagement , tents , etc .) |
