Description | This project consists of the internal visual inspection of forty - three ( 43 ) sanitary sewer manholes that are located within the right of way of Norfolk Southern Railway property . All work under this contract is to be performed within the 50 linear feet right of way of Norfolk Southern Railway property . It will be the responsibility of the successful bidder to coordinate directly with the Railroad to obtain all required permissions , insurance , safety training and coordinate required flagging operations . The work also includes traffic control as required . |
