Description | Project Description West Virginia University on behalf of its Board of Governors (“ BOG ”) located in Morgantown , West Virginia (“ WVU ” or “ University ”) is initiating this Request for Proposals (“ RFP ”) from a qualified , experienced , and licensed electrical contractor to provide delegated design / installation services for the replacement and upgrade of indoor lighting for the Caperton Indoor Practice Facility . The Caperton Indoor Practice Facility is located adjacent to Milan Puskar Stadium and the Milan Puskar Center , home of WVU Football Operations . This facility serves as the indoor practice facility for WVU football and other WVU team sports . It houses a partial football field , contains wall to wall artificial turf and is predominantly served by incandescent up / down lighting . The intent of this project is the complete replacement of the lighting system above the playing surface to achieve an average illumination of 75fc across the entire surface . |
