Description | This event INCLUDES locations in downtown St . Paul and Minneapolis . Purpose . The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract for the Council on Asian Pacific Minnesotans ( CAPM ) for the 2026 Leadership Awards Dinner . The approximate number of attendees ( including organizers and committee members ) is 850 . The State does not guarantee a minimum number of meals . Prices submitted in response are firm and will not be adjusted if the number of attendees falls below the estimate . The preferred date is : September 26 , 2026 . The alternate date ( s ) is : October 3 , 2026 ; Limitations on Geographic Location : Within the 7 - County Twin Cities Metro Area ( Anoka , Carver , Dakota , Hennepin , Ramsey , Scott , or Washington County ). Including downtown St . Paul and Minneapolis . Parking Limitations . Parking facilities MUST be provided free of charge and consist of a surface parking lot with parking spaces available for 850 attendees . The parking lot should either be physically connected to the venue building or located within 100 feet of the venue entrance and must be clearly visible from the entrance . PARKING RAMPS ARE NOT PERMITTED . |
