Description | The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract for the Council on Asian Pacific Minnesotans ( CAPM ) for the 2026 Leadership Awards Dinner . The approximate number of attendees ( including organizers and committee members ) is 800 . The State does not guarantee a minimum number of meals . Prices submitted in response are firm and will not be adjusted if the number of attendees falls below the estimate . The preferred date is : September 19 , 2026 . The alternate date ( s ) is : September 26 , 2026 Insurance requirements for this event are listed in Exhibit B in the Sample Contract and Exhibits document . Limitations on geographic location : Within the 7 - County Twin Cities Metro Area ( Anoka , Carver , Dakota , Hennepin , Ramsey , Scott , or Washington County .) adn excludes downtown Minneapolis and down St . Paul . Parking Limitations . Parking facilities must be provided free of charge and consist of a surface parking lot ( parking ramps are not permitted ). The parking lot must be either physically connected to the venue building or located within 100 feet of the venue entrance and must be clearly visible from the entrance . |
