Car Seat Distribution for OHSP

The purpose of this contract is to provide car seats to certified child passenger safety technicians throughout the State of Michigan , which are then to be distributed to children who meet necessary eligibility requirements . The car seats that will be provided must meet or exceed federal requirements and the criteria provided in this RFP . General Requirements Product Specifications The Contractor must provide the following : Child safety seats as outlined in Schedule B Pricing . The State reserves the right to add , delete or modify items in Schedule B at any time . Specific child safety seat models must be shipped directly to child passenger safety technicians at various locations throughout the State of Michigan as needed . See Schedule C . Tracking or routing numbers for each shipment must be provided to OHSP for each order processed via an interactive online system , or email by request . The contractor shall provide shipment of specific child safety seat models as requested by OHSP . All child safety seats must be shipped at OHSP request sent to Contractor via email . Contractor shall not ship any products prior to OHSP approval . Contractor shall ship product , so they arrive within 30 business days from the date the order was received . Contractor shall ensure the delivery service contacts the delivery location prior to delivery of any product shipped to them to arrange for delivery . Any damaged products will be returned to the Contractor at the Contractor ’ s expense and replaced at no cost . Any product shipped in error by the Contractor will be returned at the Contractor ’ s expense . The State requires that there is no minimum order quantity .
