Description | This Invitation to Bid ( ITB ) covers contract labor , parts , and materials for on - call carpentry work for City of Southfield owned facilities . The City ' s Facilities Maintenance Department maintains the physical plant in 54 buildings and structures ( 865 , 804 square feet total ). The Contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor , tools , and services required by the manager of Facilities Maintenance or his / her designate to complete the service work as needed and subject to the conditions of the specifications as given to the Contractor .
