Work shall consist of renovation of existing buildings , including offices , storage areas , salt domes , sheds , drawbridge houses , storage cabinets and other work as assigned . Carpentry services shall include , but are not limited to , demolition , rough carpentry , finish carpentry , masonry , sheetrock and taping ; relocating / provide interior walls and petitions , suspended ceilings : repair / replace of moldings or trim , doors and door jambs ; construct counters , bookcases etc , and coordination of the Work with other trades . Duties include the receipt of work assignments , review of work sites , estimates , planning of the project means and methods , preparation of the work area , protection of furniture and equipment and other no - work structures as well as cleaning of the work area upon completion . All work shall be quality work performed according to the standards of the carpentry industry and to the complete satisfaction of the State Highway Administration ( SHA ). SHA can perform on - site inspections at any time during the work . The Contractor shall be able to start all projects within five ( 5 ) working days of authorization from State Highway Administration ( SHA ). The Contractor shall complete each non - emergency job within the time specified in the project estimate .
