Sealed bids must be submitted in accordance with the bid documents, drawings and plans, specifications, and special conditions related hereto.The U.S. Department of Labor Wage & Hour Division agreed to adopt Nevada’s prevailing wage rates for Davis-Bacon Highway, Heavy, and Building Wage Determinations. Consequently, the need to conduct a wage comparison between the federal and state rates no longer exists.
