Amendment 4 - Questions from the site visit are posted as an attachment, along with a final Statement of Work with highlighted changes. Attachment 4 has changed to information regarding Enviromental Protection and Occupational Health Safety for review. Attachment 5 is now the Pricing Template used to submit final quotes. Due to the delay in posting the questions from the site visit, the new final date to submit a quote is being extended by 14 days to 9 March 2026 at 9:00 am EST. All vendors who have submitted a quote are encouraged to re-submit a new quote utilizing the questions and the final Statement of Work. ------------------------------------------------------------ Amendment 3 - The government is still waiting on all of the submitted questions to be answered. ONCE ALL QUESTIONS ARE ANSWERED, AN ADDITIONAL AMENDMENT WILL BE POSTED WITH QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS. Additionally, an updated Statement of Work and drawings will also be added to the amendment to clarify any issues identified while answering the questions. Due to the delay, the final solicitation date where all quotes should be submitted is being extended by 14 days. The new final date to submit a quote is 2 March 2026 at 9:00 am EST.
