Description | Mason reviewed the base bid project scope , which includes the following : 1 . Demolition of existing Maintenance building and Storage Shed which we flooded during the hurricane . Sites will be graded with grass planted . 2 . The City has felled multiple trees around the property to prepare for a new road to the maintenance facility . Tree removal and stump grinding will be required . 3 . Maintenance Facility will be constructed utilizing a Pre - Engineered Metal Building . 4 . Alternates : Work outlined in the documents includes a Base Bid scope , plus two bid alternates . 1 . Alternate # 1 includes the construction of a storage shed and associated concrete pad . 2 . Alternate # 2 includes the construction of a fuel station , concrete pad , bollards , and electrical service |
