Services to be Provided by the Supplier ; Supplier Shall , in accordance with the Specifications included in the Buyer Attachment section of the Marketplace portal , including but not limited to : 7 . 4 . 1 Pre - Demolition Preparation : 7 . 4 . 1 . 1 Obtain all necessary permits and approvals . 7 . 4 . 1 . 2 Ensure all utilities ( water , gas , electricity ) are properly disconnected or safely rerouted as required . 7 . 4 . 1 . 3 Implement safety and environmental controls , including dust and noise mitigation measures . 7 . 4 . 2 Demolition Activities : 7 . 4 . 2 . 1 Remove all laundry - related equipment , including washers , dryers , and associated mechanical systems . 7 . 4 . 2 . 2 Demolish structural elements as specified in the project drawings . 7 . 4 . 2 . 3 Remove and dispose of electrical and plumbing systems connected to the laundry facility . 7 . 4 . 2 . 4 Ensure debris is properly segregated and disposed of per regulatory guidelines . 7 . 4 . 3 Site Cleanup and Disposal : 7 . 4 . 3 . 1 Conduct thorough site cleaning to remove any remaining debris . 7 . 4 . 3 . 2 Transport and dispose of waste materials in compliance with local and federal regulations . 7 . 4 . 3 . 3 Restore the site to a safe and stable condition . 7 . 4 . 4 Project Completion : 7 . 4 . 4 . 1 Successful removal of all specified elements .
