CCA - CONCRETE POLISH DRILL HALL & HALLWAYS

General Intention : This Scope of Work is intended to include all work required to complete the tasks described below . Task ( s ): The contractor shall perform concrete polishing in the drill hall and hallways , all related required materials and accessories to perform project completion of the polishing the concrete floor in the lobby , drill hall , ( 5 ) hallways . Polishing services shall include , but are not limited to : a ) Remove existing tile from the lobby area . b ) Remove existing epoxy coating in the drill hall area . c ) Remove VCT tile and glue from the ( 4 ) hallways / corridor areas . d ) One hallway area has no existing coating . e ) Installation of transition strips in doorways areas were needed . f ) Remove existing rubber / vinyl cove from walls . g ) Prep all areas and polish to a high - shine finish . h ) Clean all areas . i ) Patch any voids , cracks , and chips in flooring . j ) Install a new 5 ” or 6 ” vinyl cove base . k ) Relocation of any furniture or equipment will be done by the Office of the Military . l ) Contractor is responsible for supplying a dumpster and will need to work with the facility supervisor on the location of the dumpster . m ) Contractor is responsible for keeping dust control as much as possible . n ) Contractor is responsible for cleaning up all slurry splatter when prepping concrete flooring . o ) Contractor is responsible for all material and related debris from this project must be removed from plot boundaries .
