a . The selected bidder must provide the nine ( 9 ) CCBHC Core Services : i . Crisis Services 1 ) Urgent Recovery Clinic ( URC ): Operate a clinic available to both youth and adults , maintaining sufficient chair capacity , rapid access , triage , stabilization , peer support , and coordination with mobile crisis and 988 services . 2 ) Crisis Stabilization Unit ( CSU ): a . Operate at least 16 beds for adults and 16 beds for children / adolescents , staffed 24 / 7 , ensuring stabilization and transition to appropriate care . ii . Outpatient Mental Health and Substance Use Services : 1 ) Program of Assertive Community Treatment ( PACT ) and High - Fidelity Wraparound Team for children and adolescents ; 2 ) Provide team - based , evidence - based outreach and treatment per ODMHSAS standards iii . Person and Family - Centered Treatment Planning iv . Community - Based Mental Health Care for Veterans v . Peer Family Support and Counselor Services vi . Targeted Care Management vii . Outpatient Primary Care Screening and Monitoring viii . Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services ix . Screening , Diagnosis and Risk Assessment . b .
