I . P . stair ; installation of 26 LF of PCC C . I . P . retaining wall ; remove , refinish and paint existing handrail ; installation of storm ; remove and replace flag pole ; Install 203 LF +/- of 12 ” HDPE storm drain main and 66 LF +/- of 6 ” HDPE storm drain lateral services with standard trenching , including PVC area inlets , building downspout connections , fittings , and appurtenance upgrades ; associated earthwork , aggregate base course , subgrade preparation , geo - grid , and material separation fabric ; landscaping , protect adjust and repair existing irrigation appropriate |
