Services may include: - Preliminary engineering reports - Planning and design - Cost estimating - Bidding assistance - Construction oversight - Quality control - Project closeout All contracts will include Build America Buy America (BABA) documentation requirements during construction, which will be transferred to the grant recipient if funds are awarded. |
