Description | The City of Pontiac is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations , nonprofits , or other eligible entities to design , manage , and implement a Facade Improvement Program funded through the Community Development Block Grant ( CDBG ) program . This initiative is intended to improve commercial corridors by enhancing the curb appeal . A total of $ 400 , 000 in CDBG funds is available for this program . The selected Grantee will be responsible for implementing eligible facade projects , subject to approval by the City of Pontiac .
