Description | Replacement of several Mechanical systems related to the Centennial Hall Lobby Area including the HP - 1 and HP - 2 heating and ventilation systems . A new mechanical variable refrigerant flow ( VRF ) heat pump and energy recovery ventilation system will be installed to provide heated and cooled , mechanically ventilated air to the project area . Minor revisions to the roof will occur and a new roof drain will be installed to accommodate the installation of the new air source heat pump . The new equipment will be integrated with the existing BAS controls system . Sprinkler head replacement will occur in areas where ceilings are replaced , with minor sprinkler branch piping modifications to accommodate new equipment and duct locations . Work also includes the replacement of select areas of flooring , accessories , wall covering , replacement of existing light fixtures and installation of new lighting controls |
