Description | The selected firm will develop detailed design plans , specifications , and cost estimates for the following : • Redesign of Center Street lanes to prioritize multimodal access • Wider sidewalks to enhance pedestrian accessibility and comfort • Shade elements • Separated bike lanes • Traffic calming feature to improve traffic flow , and safety , will also accommodate large vehicles and downtown events • Integration with adjacent multimodal infrastructure and community facilities , including the downtown sidewalk network , light rail , transit services , ASU facilities , and City administration buildings • Maximize on - street parking by implementing elements of the Downtown Micromobility and Parking Study |
