Central Bucks School District, Operations Department, 320 West Swamp Road, Doylestown, PA 18901, will receive sealed bids online through PennBid™ until March 6 , 2025, at 2:00 PM, prevailing local time at which time bids will be publicly opened and the results displayed publicly on PennBid for the following: 2025 PAVING RESTORATION PROJECT AT COLD SPRING ELEMENTARY, LENAPE MIDDLE SCHOOL, CENTRAL BUCKS HIGH SCHOOL SOUTH, CENTRAL BUCKS TRANSPORTATION ANNEX All bid documents, drawings, specifications, and solicitation details will be available February 6, 2025 at no cost through PennBid™ https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/ NOTE: THIS SOLICITATION IS ON THE NEW PENNBID PLATFORM. (A nominal fee of 0.33% of the bid amount (up to $5,000.00) is assessed only to the successful bidders.) A pre-bid meeting for the project will be held 10:00 AM, prevailing time, Tuesday, February 18 2025, beginning at the Central Bucks Transportation Annex (500 Airport Boulevard, Doylestown, PA 18902). Site visits can continue to Cold Spring Elementary (4150 Durham Road, Doylestown, PA 18902), Lenape Middle School (313 West State Street, Doylestown, PA 18901) and Central Bucks High School South (1100 Folly Road, Warrington, PA 18976). The pre-bid meeting is not mandatory, but IT IS IMPORTANT THAT ALL BIDDERS ATTEND THIS MEETING. Questions during the bidding process shall be submitted via the “Messages” feature in PennBid™.
