Contractor is to provide janitorial services , five ( 5 ) days per week ; at the California Highway Patrol ' s ( CHP ) Central Division Special Services Command ( SSC ), located at 5435 East Olive Avenue , Fresno , CA 93727 . Contractor is required to include the cost of all labor , transportation , operating expenses , annual inflation cost / rate adjustments , profit margin , and other items required to perform all work for janitorial services as per the following Scope of Work . Except as otherwise required herein , cleaning supplies , trash liners , and equipment will be provided by the Central Division SSC . Vendor to provide all carpet cleaning supplies and equipment .
