The City of Central Falls is soliciting Proposals from RI Contract Vendors , companies experienced with providing moving services for school furniture . A minimum of foursuccessful Public School moves in the last 3 years of a similar size is a requirement for any firm submitting bids . Included with this RFP are the following : Existing Plans , New Plans and anInventory . 2 . The project is considered a Prevailing Wage project . This is a prevailing wage project . Each Participating Subcontractor must submit a Monthly Payroll Report online , identifying man - hours and payroll for all work performed at the Project Site on a “ per contract ” basis to the CCIP Administrator . The monthly man - hour reports shall certify all Work performed at or emanating directly from the Project Site , including supervisory and clerical personnel on site . Payroll shall be unburdened and allocated by Workers ’ Compensation Classification ( s ) and shall be reported on both a gross and net basis , as per the relevant state ’ s workers compensation payroll reporting requirements Subcontractors of all tiers shall limit the payroll reported for Owners and Executive Officers as stated in the relevant state ’ s workers compensation manual rules .
