The contractor will be responsible for the following : 1 . Oil : 0W20 2 . Oil : 5W20 3 . Oil : 5W30 4 . Oil : 15W - 40 ( CJ - 4 ) 5 . Oil : ATF ( MD - 3 or equal ) 6 . Pricing for all oils shall be on a per gallon basis . 7 . Pricing shall include all associated delivery costs . 8 . Pricing proposed should be firm for ninety ( 90 ) days . 9 . A seven ( 7 ) day advance written notice shall be provided to Maury County Purchasing department for any price increase . 10 . Price increases are limited to those amounts passed on by the manufacturer . 11 . Potential increases are subject to acceptance or rejection by Maury County Government . 12 . Maury County Government reserves the right to compare any price increase in the open market prior to acceptance of such increase .
