The Delivery Order is to deliver a comprehensive set of Illustrated Parts Breakdown (IPB) technical manuals covering all CH-53K airframe and structural components for CH-53K aircraft. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
