Description | Provide on - demand and pre - planned charter coach type bus service for excursions for participants in our programs . 3 . 11 The County Department of Recreation and Parks is seeking a vendor to provide ondemand and pre - planned charter coach type bus service for excursions for participants in our programs . 3 . 1 . 2 Buses size requirement would be to transport and accommodate fifty - five ( 55 ) passengers with a bathroom . 3 . 1 . 3 It is the County ’ s intention that the majority of the trips scheduled will occur annually . Most trips are expected to occur during the summer months . Appendix A lists an example of excursions . 3 . 1 . 4 Recreation and Parks shall submit to the Successful Bidder a tentative schedule of trips sixty ( 60 ) days in advance of the trip . Requests for trips can be requested within fortyeight hours of departure . |
