The scope of this contract is for the demolition and proper disposal of the trade fixtures and miscellaneous structures including : 1 . Parcel 30 - MS - 1 ) Business sign base – CMU stone and signage removed , base approximately 2 FR x 11 FT x 16 IN in height , monument for sign face , approximately 9 FT x 9 FT , and associated footing ; 2 . Parcel 61 - MS - 1 ) Monumental subdivision entrance sign – CMU / stone veneer ( signage removed ), three infill panels approximately 5 FT 4 IN ranging from 4 FT to 6 FT 6 IN in height in center section located between four 20 IN x 20 IN columns 4 FT – 5 FT in height and associated footings ; MS - 2 ) Hose bibb ; 3 . Parcel 64 - MS - 1 ) Monumental subdivision entrance sign – CMU / stone veneer ( signage removed ), three infill panels approximately 5 FT 4 IN ranging from 4 FT to 6 FT 6 IN in height in center section located between four 20 IN x 20 IN columns 4 FT – 5 FT in height and associated footings ; 4 . Parcel 74A - MS - 1 ) Business sign – CMU / stone veneer base , approximately 2 FT 4 IN x 9 FT 8 IN x 2 FT in height with steel frame / stucco columns , approximately 10 IN x 14 IN , supporting signs approximately 7 FT x 12 FT and associated footing ; 5 . Parcel 76 - MS - 1 ) Business sign – CMU / stone veneered base , approximately 12 FT x 2 FT x 4 FT in height with CMU / stone veneered columns , approximately 20 IN x 2 FT extending 16 FT supporting steel framed signs , and associated footing .
