The City of Santa Ana ( City ) is seeking bids from qualified vendors ( Bidders ) to provide one ( 1 ) 2026 or newer Chevrolet Blazer EV as follows and in accordance with ATTACHMENTS A - 1 . Contractor shall perform scope of work as set forth below and in accordance with Exhibit 1 Specifications : 1 . A - 1 : One ( 1 ) Chevrolet Blazer EV for PWA Construction Engineering The term “ Vendor ”, “ Bidder ”, “ Firm ”, “ Contractor ”, and “ Consultants ” shall refer to any legal entity or entities submitting a bid in response to this Invitation for Bid ( IFB ). Other Details Vehicle shall be delivered complete and ready for use , with a full tank of fuel to the following location : Address : City of Santa Ana Corporate Yard 215 S . Center Street Santa Ana , CA 92703 Delivery Hours : 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM Delivery Days : Monday – Friday A . VEHICLE LICENSE / REGISTRATION Vendor shall make the necessary arrangements to transfer title of the equipment / vehicle , and apply California State exempt license plates for government use . The registered owner shall be shown exactly as outlined below , on all forms where the registered owner is listed : City of Santa Ana 20 Civic Center Plaza M - 83 Santa Ana , CA 92701 Vendor shall provide documentation from the Department of Motor Vehicles ( DMV ), at the time the vehicle is delivered , as evidence of having applied for registration / license . License plates are to be mounted on the vehicle when delivered .
