Description | The City of Santa Ana ( City ) is seeking bids from qualified vendors ( Bidders ) to provide one ( 1 ) 2026 or newer Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD as follows and in accordance with ATTACHMENT A - 1 . Contractor shall perform scope of work as set forth below and in accordance with Exhibit 1 : Specifications . 1 . Attachment A - 1 : One ( 1 ) Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD for Public Works Agency – Water Meter Division . Other Details DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS AND LOCATION ( S ) Vehicle shall be delivered complete and ready for use , with a full tank of fuel to the following location : Delivery Address : City of Santa Ana Corporate Yard 215 S . Center Street Santa Ana , CA 92703 Receiving Hours : Monday through Friday 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM A . VEHICLE LICENSE / REGISTRATION Vendor shall make the necessary arrangements to transfer title of the equipment / vehicle , and apply California State exempt license plates for government use . The registered owner shall be shown exactly as outlined below , on all forms where the registered owner is listed : City of Santa Ana 20 Civic Center Plaza M - 83 Santa Ana , CA 92701 Vendor shall provide documentation from the Department of Motor Vehicles ( DMV ), at the time the vehicle is delivered , as evidence of having applied for registration / license . License plates are to be mounted on the vehicle when delivered . |
