Summary of Work ( 1 ). The Contractor shall provide and install Dyplast , 1 ½ ” thick insulation for all building valves . ( 2 ). The Contractor shall provide and install Dyplast insulation on the chilled water lines of the thickness to match existing . ( 3 ). The Contractor shall provide and install finish to all piping to be 016 smooth aluminum jacketing with hem as safety edge , secured with ½ plain stainless - steel bands base on 11 ” centers . B . Work Environment ( 1 ). The Contractor shall always , maintain a safe and clean work environment and remove all debris at the end of the work . Debris shall be removed from premises in a legal and acceptable manner as approved by the DMV Project Manager , at no additional cost to the DMV C . Trained Technicians ( 1 ). Maintenance shall be performed by trained and qualified technician ( s ). D . Uniform Clothing ( 1 ). The Contractor shall require all employees , including supervisors , to wear distinctive uniform clothing while performing services under this Agreement . The Contractor shall ensure that every employee and supervisor is in uniform when on - site at a DMV office . Uniform clothing shall clearly identify the Contractor ’ s name in a manner that is easily identifiable via a permanently affixed badge or monogram
