The purpose of the Request For Proposals (“ RFP ”) is for Royal Oak Schools ( the “ School District ”) to obtain proposals from qualified contractors for Royal Oak Schools Northwood Elementary School Chiller Compressor Replacement ( the “ Work ”). SCOPE OF WORK All items listed in the documents with the following clarifications : 1 . Remove and replace compressor 1 on circuit 1 2 . Recover refrigerant charge . 3 . Change filter dryers dehydration of this compressor and circuit . 4 . Provide an unit price quote for any additional refrigerant . This shall not be included in the base bid . 5 . All equipment to complete this work . 6 . Other manufacturers are acceptable that are compatible with the existing equipment . 7 . Bidder shall include in their bid an allowance of $ 5 , 000 for each building to be used at the discretion of the District . The allowance shall include only direct costs .
