Description | The City of Kalispell , Montana will receive bids for the Chip Seal Project for the Year Ending December 31 , 2026 . Project areas are illustrated as attached in this project manual . All associated interior radiuses , intersection turn lane widening , turnouts , and parking areas shall be chipped as detailed in project manual . The proposed projects primarily consist of furnishing materials , labor , and equipment required to chip seal to approximately 52 , 614 SYs of City Streets . Chip Sealing shall not begin prior July 1 , 2026 and shall be completed prior to September 16 , 2026 . The Contractor shall schedule work to avoid conflicts with community events around July 4 , 2026 . |
