Description | 1 – Chip Seal Projects : 6th St , Bald Eagle Rd , Black Hawk Cir , Center Cir , Clayton Rd , Maryland Creek Ln , Maryland Creek Rd , Maryland Creek Trl , McKay Trl , Palmers Dr , Peregrine Ln , Reese Rd , Rescola Ave , Riley Rd . Measurements and quantities listed are estimates . Bidders are responsible for field verifying all measurements and quantities . A traffic control plan ( TCP ) compliant with the MUTCD and approved by the Town will be required prior to commencement of work . All work areas will be required to maintain one lane of traffic at all times , with flag persons at either end of the work zone and other locations , as needed . A certified traffic control supervisor ( TCS ) in responsible charge shall be onsite during all work times . During non - work hours , roads shall be opened up to normal , two - way traffic . Access to existing driveways shall be accommodated at all times during and after work activities . |
