DLA Troop Support is conducting market research seeking to identify possible manufacturers that can supply the Chlorate Candle NSN 4460 - 00 - 875 - 4568 and Ignitor 4460 - 01 - 043 - 7635 under a potential five - year , Long - Term , Indefinite Delivery , Indefinite Quantity Contract . Interested manufacturers are requested to review the item descriptions carefully to identify any potential manufacturing challenges and formulate any questions . The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to gather information that will identify sources for the possibility of a solicitation for the referenced items .
